The most dynamic adventure activity available! It involves swimming through the surf, climbing up sheer rock faces and jumping from the top. Swimming through sea caves, exploring narrow zawns and the natural coastline of The Gower Peninsula.

Our staff have traversed and "coasteered" the whole length of The Gower Peninsula, they know every nook and cranny and will show you the best fun packed day out you have ever had!

We are The Gower Coasteering specialists!

This activity is weather dependent - by this we mean that every aspect has to be taken into consideration before we even squeeze you into a wetsuit, including tide times and sizes, swell/surf size and wind direction.

Fitness is paramount as there can be long swims and sections of short rock climbing. This activity can be extremely physically demanding and addictive!

We will provide all the coasteering safety equipment that you will need for the day including helmet, 5mm wetsuit and buoyancy aid.

Coasteering information
You will need to bring some personal items along including:

• Sports thermal underwear or fleece top to wear under your wetsuit
• Swimming costume
• Footwear with a good tread and some ankle support and warm socks!
• Towel
• Complete - and we mean a complete change of clothing, from top to bottom!
• Packed lunch and a flask of any warm drink and plenty of other fluids of your choice
• Any personal medication that you are currently taking, especially those with asthma

Optional extra:
We can provide a superb video and slideshow of your adventures like the one above; this service is £7.50 per group.

Wales has some fantastic coastline and the best way to see it is up close and personal - from the water!

The prices for our coasteering days are as follows:

• £50 per adult per day
• £40 per child per day (under 16)
• For group bookings of 6 or more you will get a 5% discount off the total price!
• For groups of 8+ you will recieve 10% discount.
